Patches ship in stamped envelopes (which is why the shipping on them is so cost-effeicent) - That being said, there is no tracking. Due to recent USPS policy and sorting machine changes, packages may take longer than expected. I will be happy to supply replacement patches after an acceptable amount of time. International Orders are placed *at your own risk* as the cost of tracking is not included in the cost of shipping. Refunds minus the shipping charge for lost orders are available after a 3 month waiting period. Any returned orders can be sent again with an additional / new shipping charge. IE I take no responsibilby for International Shipping, either for lost or returned orders, as the behavior of the international shipping community is outside my control.
